The Travelodge Hotel is owned and operated by Sweet Property, LLC. This three story room hotel has 188 rooms (including 8 suites), a swimming pool and meeting rooms. ESA converted 16 rooms into 8 suites and refurbished the remaining 102 rooms. A former project on this property by ESA was to enclose the exterior balconies to increase the size of the guest rooms. This project was completed in April 2007.
