The La Quinta Inn is owned and operated by Phoenix Hotel, LLC. This three story room hotel has 146 rooms (including 20 suites), a swimming pool, banquet facilities and meeting rooms. ESA converted 40 rooms into 20 suites and converted the remaining 126 rooms into deluxe kings. This project was completed in June 2007.
